Angela is a graduate of the Jivita Academy of Ayurveda and trained in massage & luxury facials with Anu.

She is is passionate about health and wellbeing and is an outstanding massage therapist with a soulful touch.

She combines her work at Jivita with a number of other wellness practices including talking therapy, somatic EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) and Reiki healing.

Jivita Academy of Ayurveda also offers ayurveda training and education to learn ayurveda including ayurvedic nutrition and ayurveda massage techniques. Whichever Ayurveda course you choose, our courses in ayurveduc are adaoted to the modern urban life without compromising tradition. Online education programs in Ayurveda are run on demand. In person courses in ayurvedic massage are run regularly at our Ayurvedic clinic, Jivita Ayurveda, in Northwest London.
