Ayurveda is an ancient knowledge designed to allow anyone to live and thrive in tune with the seasons, the local environment and their personal life cycles.
During this one day workshop you will learn the foundations of the Ayurvedic natural diet and nutrition created for humans. Anu will share with you very simple guidelines and tips, which can be immediately and easily implemented in your daily life to start increasing self-governance, improving your health and boosting your energy levels.
This workshop is for everyone, and requires no previous experience in Ayurveda. However, if you are considering diving deeper in your Ayurvedic learning journey, this course is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our accredited Jivita Academy Ayurvedic Nutrition Course and our Ayurvedic Health Coaching program. During the day we will explain more about these programs and you will be able to ask questions and discuss with Anu how to take your next step into becoming an accredited Ayurvedic Nutritionist or choose the path more appropriate to your personal or professional goals.
