Ayurvedic massage is a deeply therapeutic practice rooted in the ancient Indian system of Ayurveda, a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that has been practiced for over 5,000 years. Using warm, herb-infused oils and rhythmic, flowing techniques, Ayurvedic massage supports balance between body, mind, and spirit. More than a physical treatment, it helps calm the nervous system, improve circulation, release tension, and nurture the body’s natural healing processes.
This course offers a gentle yet practical introduction to Ayurvedic massage, designed for those who wish to bring this healing practice into everyday life. Participants will learn basic, effective massage skills that can be safely used to care for themselves and their loved ones. Through guided instruction, you will explore foundational techniques, oil application and simple routines that promote relaxation, grounding and wellbeing.
By the end of the course, you will feel confident offering a nurturing massage to family members or friends, as well as incorporating self-massage into your own daily routine. No prior experience is required, just a curiosity for holistic health and a desire to support wellbeing through touch, presence, and intention.
