Firstly, I hope you are enjoying your meditation practice.
With our twice daily practice of meditation we release stress incrementally in a way that we can engage in our everyday lives smoothly. Also benefitting with better sleep, a clearer mind and that feeling of stability within ourselves making us more relevant for ourselves and others.
We can accelerate these benefits and our evolution by undergoing a wonderful, simple process called Rounding. This process involves some simple asanas (yoga postures) a breathing technique (pranayama) and then we dive into our meditation. We then repeat this process and with a carefully constructed timetable observed by myself one can release stress on an industrial level and bring even more stability and understanding.
One weekend on a rounding retreat can equate to between 3-5 months of twice daily meditation. Deep stresses are released in an atmosphere of calm and restoration. On the weekend you will listen to the vibratory sounds of the Veda being sung and understand deeper the foundations of this knowledge. The combination of the Rounding, Ayurvedic food, treatments, knowledge talks deepens the connection with the self and your evolution.
You will also be able after this weekend to take the rounding practice and use as per instruction at home. The minimum requirement for this course is 6 months consistent meditation practice.
