Passionate about combining eastern and western methods, Maria has trained in different disciplines; her qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, DAPC Ayurvedic practitioner and therapist, RYT +700 Yoga teacher, Advanced massage therapist ITEC, DipHE Marmapuncture (Indian Acupunture) and Advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathwork instructor.

As a lifelong Ayurveda and Yoga student, Maria currently undertaking a DIpHE in Ayurvedic Medicine at the College of Ayurveda UK.
