Panchakarma, Ayurveda’s renowned detoxification and rejuvenation therapy, can be effectively adapted for urban settings to suit the needs of busy individuals.
This 10-day non-residential outpatient program is designed to reawaken the body’s innate intelligence for healing, combining treatments, diet, lifestyle adjustments, and herbal therapies while minimising interruptions by ordinary daily life.
Client’s will visit the clinic daily for one or two treatments, provided an ayurvedic diet, allowing them to maintain a balance between therapeutic immersion, reduce stress and reset their digestive system.

Panchakarma Program Details
Purvakarma – Pre-Program Preparation (Optional but highly recommended)
7 Days Before Panchakarma Starts: Changing diet and lifestyle abruptly in a single day can disrupt the delicate balance of the body and mind, potentially interfering with the effectiveness of the cleansing process.
During purvakarma clients are guided to learn dina and rtucharya (daily and seasonal observances) to prepare their body for detoxification by establishing the rhythms for small intermittent fasting with appropriate herbs
Goal: Realign body clocks to best efficiency and start loosening toxins or ama
Day 1-10: Snehana & Swedana
- Treatments: Daily Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage) and Swedana (sweat therapy)
- Diet: Light, warm, and easily digestible and highly nourishing meals (kitchari, soups, broth, golden milk) to prepare the body for deeper cleansing
- Herbs: Personalised Ayurvedic formulations to enhance digestion and promote detoxification
- Focus: Softening and mobilising toxins within the tissues while calming the nervous system
Day 6-10: Cleansing and Elimination Treatments
- Virechana (Purgation Therapy): A mild laxative procedure administered with Ayurvedic herbs to cleanse the gastrointestinal tract.
- Nasya (Nasal Therapy): Application of medicated oils in the nostrils to clear sinus congestion and toxins from the head region.
- Dinacharya and Daily Abhyanga and Swedana continue to aid in toxin removal.
